Bernadette (Bernie)

My story

Bernie is our petite pastel calico queen. She’s sweet, gentle, laid back, and quietly affectionate, the kind of kitten who sneaks up beside you for cuddles and somehow ends up completely wrapped around your heart before you even realize it. She has a softer, more submissive personality and tends to let her siblings take the spotlight, but once she feels safe, she absolutely melts into her people. Bernie loves comfort, cozy naps, a good ole churu, and being close to the cats she trusts most. She has a very special bond with her mom, Penny, and we think she would do wonderfully being adopted with her, one of her siblings, or into a home with another kind, playful young cat to help build her confidence. She really thrives with companionship and reassurance. Bernie does well with children, but she would likely prefer a calmer home over one with constant loud or high-energy activity. She’s not the “parkour off the ceiling fan” kitten of the group, she’s more of a quiet emotional support calico. She is incredibly loving, beautiful, and easy to adore ... and ready to meet her new family!
